Those businesses who knowingly sell to Marijuana growers can be charged with crimes against the United States Government. This also holds true in regards to Medical Marijuana growers that are sanctioned by their state laws.

To comply with Federal Laws, Rose City Wholesale can not do business with any company or non-profit organization that knowingly sells to, helps or otherwise works with individuals who grow Marijuana or any other plant or mushroom outlawed by the United States Federal Government.

You must be registered as an active business by your State licensing department. Each State in the USA has a Department of Commerce website. We check these websites to make sure you are not only REGISTERED and LISTED by your State licensing division but you are also ACTIVE and CURRENT. Being active and current generally means that you have remembered to pay your renewal fee.

You must fax us one or more documents that clearly shows you to be in business. These documents would include but are not limited to a copy of your state business registration letter, business license, sales tax license, sales permit, sales tax permit or a nursery license. The names and addresses on the documents listed herein need to match the State Registration Information. Once we have checked on this information you will be sent/faxed a separate and more detailed Dealer Application for you to fill out.

We supply hundreds of companies’ horticulture products. They sell them as their main business or they sell them as a sideline. In order for you to purchase wholesale products from Rose City Wholesale you need to: 1.Own a business and 2. You must prove to us that you own a business by filling out the questionnaire below. Fill out as much information as you can or want to. It is not mandatory for you to include your Federal ID, Social Security, business license or sales tax number if you feel it is against your privacy rights or you do not want them sent over the Internet. However, you must fax us one or more documents that clearly shows you to be in business.These documents would include but are not limited to a copy of your state business registration letter, business license, sales tax license, sales permit, sales tax permit or a nursery license.You must be registered as an active business by your State licensing department. We check these websites to make sure you are not only REGISTERED and LISTED by your State licensing division but you are also ACTIVE and CURRENT. The faxed document, your completed Dealer Application and website member application showing billing and shipping information info is enough to buy wholesale products from us. Please allow two working days for your Nickname and Password to show up in your e-mail box.

Here are some examples of business names that would qualify: Avon Products by Jeannie, Jon’s Plants and More, Great Carpets Really Clean, Portland State University, Downtown Pet Supply, J&J Nursery Supplies, Clackamas School District and New Century Electronics.

Thank you for your interest in Rose City Wholesale. Your information is secure and will not be sold, given away or traded to other companies, organizations, governmental agencies or individuals. You are on a secured server leased by Rose City Wholesale and the latest security hardware/software has been installed to keep your transactions safe and secure. All credit card transactions are processed through secure phone lines and not through the World Wide Web. By submitting this request for a wholesale account, you are giving Rose City Wholesale permission to verify your submitted information.

Credit Card purchases must have the shipping address registered with the credit card company. There are no exceptions. If the credit card shipping address is not registered with the credit card company your shipment will be delayed until you register it. Orders using checks are held until funds are verified or until a written dealer application is filled out by the owner of the business.

Those businesses wanting credit must have the owner or President fill out a written dealer application. Request to have one sent to you.

The wholesale pricing is for your eyes only. You must not distribute or post these prices to the public or other companies. You must not sell or distribute your Nickname and Password to anyone. Those individuals that post these prices, nicknames or passwords will be considered doing so with malicious intent and will be dealt with accordingly. Our new servers can observe hits coming from all locations throughout World Wide Web and determine if more than two computers are using your Nickname and Password. If multiple user logins occur your web access will be terminated immediately.
